Hopkins County Sheriff’s Dept. Arrest Report – January 16, 2013

Arrest Log HCSheriff 300HOPKINS COUNTY, Ky. (1/16/13) – Between the dates of January 9 and January 13, the Hopkins County Sheriff’s Department reported nine arrests.
 
On January 9, 2013, 29-year-old Robert A. Mason of South Spring Street in Madisonville was arrested on a warrant for Failure to Appear.
 
On January 12, 2013, Cody A. Trover, 24, of Buntin Schoolhouse Road in Manitou was arrested on charges of Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol/Drugs.
 
On January 13, 2013, Patrick Huddleston, 29, of Westside Avenue in Earlington was arrested on charges of No Registration Plates, Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol/Drugs and Failure of Owner to Maintain Required Insurance.
 
Tyler W. Ward, 21, of JP Hanks Road in White Plains was arrested on a warrant for Failure to Pay Fines.
 
Hannah L. Spurlin, 25, of Richmond Drive in Madisonville was arrested on charges of No Registration Plates, No Registration Receipt, Operating on Suspended/Revoked Operator’s License and Failure to Surrender Revoked Operator’s License.
 
Jeffrey Ward, 50, of Nortonville-White Plains Road in Nortonville was arrested on charges of Wanton Endangerment.
 
Jason Fryar, 19, of Frostburg Road in Madisonville was arrested on January 15, 2013, on charges of Careless Driving, Operating on Suspended/Revoked Operator’s License, Failure of License to be in Possession, Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol/Drugs, Failure of Non-owner/Operator to Maintain Required Insurance and Carrying a Concealed Deadly Weapon.
 
Amber Nelson, 21, of Martwick Road in Central City was arrested on charges of Public Intoxication and Carrying a Concealed Weapon (Firearm).
 
Christopher B. Tate, 22, of Caroline Street in Madisonville was arrested on charges of Carrying Concealed Weapon and Trafficking in Controlled Substance (Meth), as well as Drug Paraphernalia.
