Providence Police Reports Released

police carPROVIDENCE, Ky. (8/12/14) ― The Providence Police Department released the following reports Tuesday, Aug. 12.

Corey Quarles, 36, Providence, was arrested Aug. 9 on two Hopkins County bench warrants.

Randall Casteel, 24, Providence, was arrested Aug. 9 on a Webster County bench warrant.

Tina Powell, 39, Providence, was served three criminal summons Aug. 9 for theft by deception/cold checks.

James Allen II, 19, Providence, was cited to court Aug. 10 for two instructional permit violations.

Melissa Tosh, 30, Providence, was arrested Aug. 10 for fourth-degree assault/domestic violence with minor injury.
