jessie stuart medical bldg - CopyHOPKINSVILLE, Ky. (4/7/14) — Patients who need copies of their medical records from Jennie Stuart Medical Center may obtain them from a new office on the first floor of the hospital, starting Wednesday, April 9.

“We’re relocating our department to better serve patients,” Lana Smart, director, JSMC Health Information Management, said.

To reach the department from the main entrance at West 18th Street, patients may take the elevator or stairs down to the first floor, turn right in front of the Rose Garden Café, turn right at the first hallway, turn left in front of the main pharmacy. The Health Information Management department is on the right.

From the green umbrella at the JSMC medical mall, patients may turn left and walk toward the fountain, turn right and follow the main hallway toward the Café, turn left and follow directions above.

Patients with questions about their medical records can call the department at (270) 887-0260 or (800) 887-JSMC, extension 1260.
