HOPKINS COUNTY, Ky. (3/15/13) – On Thursday evening, March 7, 2013, the Hopkins County Central High School Nursing Assistant hosted a pinning ceremony for the 2012-2013 nurse aide completing class.
 
Eighteen students completed a nursing assistant course through either First Steps Nursing, a West AHEC/Baptist Healthcare program or through the dual credit program at Central.
 
Ms. Kerri Harmon, DON at NHC Healthcare was the guest speaker for the evening and spoke on the importance of nursing assistants in all healthcare organizations.
