mpd arrestlog2MADISONVILLE, Ky. (5/16/13) – On Thursday, May 16, 2013 the Madisonville Police Department reported 7 instances of law enforcement activity.
 
Glenn Forker, 30 of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant on May 15, for Theft by Unlawful Taking/Disp.-Shoplifting. The arresting officer was Heath Owens.
 
Jeffrey Harris, 49, of Hanson was arrested on May 15, for Menacing, Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place and Terroristic Threatening. The arresting officer was Heath Owens.
 
Brenda Maddern, 53, of Madisonville was arrested on May 15, for Operating Motorized Vehicle Under/Influence of Alcohol/Drugs, Possession of Alcoholic Beverage in Motor Vehicle, Vechicle Prohibited, and Improper Turning. The arresting officer was Kyle Pharris.
 
Bernard Montgomery, 24, was served an arrest warrant on May 15, for Failure to Pay Fines. The arresting officer was Kyle Pharris.
 
Joshua Cowan, 30, of Sebree was served an arrest warrant on May 15, for another agency (Webster County), for Failure to Appear in Court. The arresting officer was Kyle Pharris.
 
Sidney Sullivan, 42, of Madisonville was arrested on May 15, for Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place. The arresting officer was Jared Ward.
 
Paris Phipps, 21, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant on May 15, for Failure to Appear I Court and Citation of Misdemeanor. The arresting officer was Jared Ward.
