Dawson Springs Police Report – July 8, 2013

DS arrest logDAWSON SPRINGS, Ky. (7/8/13) – The following is your weekly update on law enforcement activity in the Dawson Springs area.
 
On July 1, 2013, Troy Cotton, 45, of Dawson Springs was charged with Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place. Captain Craig Patterson was the charging officer.
 
Daniel Carter, 32, of Dawson Springs was charged with being a Fugitive from Justice (Michigan), service of a Hopkins County warrant for a NCIC hit. Captain Patterson was the charging officer.
 
On July 3, Troy Cotton, 45, of Dawson Springs was charged with Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place and Disorderly Conduct-2nd Degree. Brad Ross was the charging officer.
 
On July 4, Gilbert Lopez Jr., 48, of Dawson Springs was charged with Driving on a DUI Suspended License. Lopez was also served a Christian County warrant for Non-payment of Fines. Captain Patterson was the charging officer.
 
On July 5, Misti Titus, 32, of Dawson Springs was charged with two counts of Leaving the Scene of an Accident – Failure to Render Aid, two counts of 1st Degree Wanton Endangerment, Operating a Motor Vehicle under the Influence, Failure to use a Child Restraint Device and Failure to Notify Address Change to the Department of Motor Vehicles. Josh Travis was the charging officer, assisted by Captain Craig Patterson and Trooper Jonathan Carlock.
 
On July 6, Troy Dykeman, 42, of Dawson Springs was charged with two counts of Theft by Deception on Hopkins County warrants and one count of Theft by Deception on a Caldwell County Criminal Summons. Brad Ross was the charging officer in the case, assisted by Josh Travis.
 
On July 7, Candice Rhye, 28, of Madisonville was charged with Theft by Unlawful Taking on a Hopkins County warrant. Josh Travis was the charging officer.
