Hopkins County Sheriff’s Dept. Arrest Report – July 11, 2013

Arrest Log HCSheriff 300HOPKINS COUNTY, Ky. (7/11/13) – Between the dates of July 3 and July 10, the Hopkins County Sheriff’s Department reported 12 arrests.
 
On July 3, Isaac R. Chamberlain, 22, of Earlington was arrested on charges of Failure to Pay Fines, Possession of a Controlled Substance X2 and Prescription Controlled Substance not in Proper Container.
 
Ralph Marshall, 48, of Earlington was arrested on charges of Possession of Marijuana and Drug Paraphernalia.
 
Daniel R. Brown, 30, of Nortonville was arrested on charges of Assault – 4th Degree, Domestic Violence.
 
On July 4, Dustin Wayne Larkins, 29, of Mortons Gap was arrested on charges of Assault – 4th Degree, Domestic Violence.
 
Jane M. Bevill, 41, of Earlington was arrested on charges of Careless Driving, Operating a Motor Vehicle under the Influence of Alcohol/Drugs and Failure to Notify Address Change.
 
James D. Williams, 24, of White Plains was arrested on charges of Trafficking in a Controlled Substance X2.
 
On July 5, Candice Barber, 20, of Madisonville was arrested on a warrant for Failure to Appear.
 
On July 6, Harry Jowell, Jr., 56, of Mortons Gap was arrested for Operating a Motor Vehicle under the Influence of Alcohol/Drugs.
 
Justin Hart, 45, of Nebo was arrested on charges of Alcohol Intoxication and Possession of an Open Alcoholic Beverage Container in Motor Vehicle.
 
On July 7, James Fairrow, 34, of Madisonville was arrested on charges of Assault – 4th Degree, Domestic Violence and Bond W/D.
 
On July 8, Jonathan L. Stanley, 38, of White Plains was arrested on charges of Assault – 4th Degree, Domestic Violence, Violation of Kentucky EPO, Contempt of Court and Failure to Appear.
 
On July 10, Devin G. Embry of Owensboro was arrested on warrants for Failure to Appear and Probation Violation.
