Madisonville Police Reports – August 20, 2013

mpdMADISONVILLE, Ky. (8/20/13) – On Tuesday, August 20, 2013 the Madisonville Police Department reported 12 instances of law enforcement activity.

Jeremy Calvert, 41 of Providence was arrested on August 19, for Failure to Wear Seatbelt, Tampering with Physical Evidence, DUI, and Prescription Controlled Substance not in Original Container. The arresting officer was Allen Stokes.
 
Thomas Bean, 21 of Panama City Florida was served an arrest warrant on August 19, for Assault in the 4th Degree (Domestic Violence) with Minor Injuries. The arresting officer was Jeff Miller.
 
Anastassia Alfred, 38 of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant on August 19, for Failure to Appear. The arresting officer was Allen Stokes.
 
Harry Alfred, 35 of Nebo was served an arrest warrant on August 19, for Failure to Pay Fines. The arresting officer was Allen Stokes.
 
Mark Smith, 37 of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant on August 19, for Failure to Pay Fines. The arresting officer was Allen Stokes.
 
Daniel Rogers, 30 of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant on August 19, for Failure to Appear. The arresting officer was Allen Stokes.
 
Richard Watkins, 39 of Madisonville was arrested on August 19, for Operating a Motor Vehicle under/Influence of Drugs. The arresting officer was Jeff Ethridge.
 
Jarrod Bowley, 27 of Madisonville was arrested on August 19, for Violation of Kentucky EPO/DVO. The arresting officer was Jeff Ethridge.
 
William Scarbro, 55 of Greenville was served an arrest warrant on August 19, for Another Agency (Muhlenberg County), Theft by Unlawful Taking Disp. – Auto, and Tampering with Physical Evidence. The arresting officer was Justin Jones.
 
Keyla Foster, 28 of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant on August 19, for Trafficking in Controlled Substance and Non-payment of Fines. The arresting officer was Justin Jones.
 
Harold Anthony, 29 of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant on August 19, for Non-payment of Fines.
 
Heather Parker, 31 of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant on August 19, for Non-payment of Fines. The arresting officer was Jeff Miller.
