Madisonville Police Reports – September 20, 2013

mpd arrestlog4 300MADISONVILLE, Ky. (9/20/13) – On Friday, September 20, 2013 the Madisonville Police Department reported nine instances of law enforcement activity.

Jesse McCarty JR, 42 of Madisonville was arrested on September 19, for Menacing. The arresting officer was Brandon Darnell.

Ellie McCarty, 63 Madisonville was arrested on September 19, for Menacing. The arresting officer was Falon Devore.
 
Tommy McCarty, 58 of Madisonville was arrested on September 19, for Assault in the 3rd Degree and Hindering Prosecution or Apprehension. The arresting officer was Heath Owens.
 
Trevyor Plain, 22 of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant on September 19, for Non-payment of Fines. The arresting officer was Jared Ward.
 
Edna Combs, 24 of St. Charles was arrested on September 19, for Operating Suspended/Revoked Operator’s License. The arresting officer was Matt Enlow.
 
Ryan Hust, 28 of Madisonville was arrested on September 19, Operating Motor Vehicle under/Influence of Alcohol. The arresting officer was Matt Enlow.
 
Gary Pyle, 54 of Madisonville was arrested on September 19, for Criminal Trespassing. The arresting officer was Sean McCance.
 
Justin Phillips, 26 of Madisonville was arrested on September 19, for Possession of Marijuana, Drug Paraphernalia Buy/Possess, and Disorderly Conduct. The arresting officers were Sean McCance and Brandon Darnell.
 
Patricia Garrison, 47 of Madisonville was arrested on September 19, for Trafficking Marijuana and Drug Paraphernalia Buy/Possess. The arresting officer was Allen Stokes.
