mpd arrestlogMADISONVILLE, Ky. (1/15/14) — The Madisonville Police Department released the following arrest reports Wednesday, Jan. 14.

Blake Mattox, 23, of Madisonville was charged Jan. 14 for DUI, possession of synthetic drugs and drug and drug paraphernalia buy/possess. The arresting officer was Justin Jones.

Kenneth Hopkins, 25, of Madisonville was charged Jan. 14 for theft by unlawful taking under $500. The arresting officer was Justin Jones.

Alexis Hibbs, 26, of Madisonville was charged Jan. 14 for suspended driver’s license, registrations expired and failure to maintain insurance. The arresting officer was Scott Gipson.

Joseph Allard, 28, of Madisonville was charged Jan. 14 for failure to wear a seatbelt and operating on a suspended/revoked operator’s license. The arresting officer was Jared Ward.

James Fairrow, 35, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant Jan. 14 for trafficking controlled substance. The arresting officer was Ryan Clark.

Dustin Wallace, 24, of Madisonville was charged Jan. 14 for operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs and possession of synthetic drugs. The arresting officer was Richard Cobb.

Larissa Amar, 24, of Mortons Gap was charged Jan. 14 for alcohol intoxication in a public place and endangering the welfare of a minor. The arresting officer was Brandon Darnell.
