"MOVE! Towards a Healthier You" classes will be Feb. 27, March 6, 13, 20 and 27 at the Muhlenberg County Extension Office at 5:30 p.m. The public is invited to attend these classes on topics such as quick and wholesome meals, effects of sleep, tip the balance, diabetes, cardio health and much more. “Life Story: How Your History Can Help You” will be the topic on March 5 at 1:30 p.m. at the Muhlenberg County Extension Office.  “Life Story” is an account of the series and events that make up your life.  This lesson teaches participants about the importance of a life story and how documenting is valuable for promoting an active brain, quality relationships, mental healthiness and legacy building.
