Construction Work Means Lane Restrictions Along Natcher Parkway

lane restriction_300OWENSBORO, Ky. (7/17/13) – The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet is restricting southbound traffic to one lane along the Natcher Parkway in Ohio County between Owensboro and Hartford.

Southbound traffic is restricted to one lane during daylight hours near the 60 mile marker to allow the repair of a landslide along the right of way.

Southbound motorists should be alert for slowing and merging traffic as they approach the 60 mile marker. Motorists should also use caution where trucks are hauling material into and out of this work zone which extends for about half a mile.

Work at the site is expected to take a week or more to complete.

Timely traffic advisories for the 11 counties of KYTC Highway District 2 are available by going to www.facebook.com/kytcdistrict2. You do not have to be a Facebook member to access this page.
