opd arrestlog1 300OWENSBORO, Ky. (9/3/13) – The Owensboro Police Department reported the following criminal activity for Aug. 30 through Sept. 1:

John Wright was arrested on Aug. 30 at 11:25 p.m. on charges of Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place.

Seth C. Hooks, of the 2400 block of Griffith Ave, was arrested on Aug. 30 at 3:16 p.m. on charges of First Degree Robbery, Attempted Murder, First Degree Wanton Endangerment, and Carrying a Concealed Weapon.
 
Reuben A. Winstead, was arrested on Aug. 31 at 3:40 a.m. on charges of Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place First/Second Offense.
 
David A. Peavler, of the 1400 block of Sullivan Loop, was arrested on Aug. 31 at 6:40 p.m. on charges of Public Intoxication of a Controlled Substance (Excluding Alcohol).
 
Monica Wilkerson, was arrested on Aug. 31 at 10:20 p.m. on charges of Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place First/Second Offense.
 
Charles E. Stewart, was arrested on Aug. 31 on charges of Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol, Drugs, Etc .08 First Offense, and Failure to Illuminate Head Lights.
 
Richard C. Norris, of the 400 block of E 20th St, was arrested on Aug. 31 at 2:10 a.m. on charges of First Degree Possession of a Controlled Substance First Offence (Drug Unspecified), and Tampering with Physical Evidence.
 
Shelley R. Scott, of the 2600 block of Fairview Spur, was arrested on Sept. 1 on charges of Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol, Drugs, Etc .08 First Offense.
