healthdeptinspections spaghetti 300HENDERSON, Ky. (10/21/13) - The Green River District Board of Health released the following Henderson County restaurant and food establishment ratings, inspected Oct. 10 through Oct. 17:

Chuckles Food Mart, located at 202 N. Green St, received a score of 99 and an A rating for their food section and a score of 100 for their retail section.

Applebee’s, located at 1950 U.S. 41 N, received a score of 98 and an A rating.

Audubon Concessions LLC, located at 2959 U.S. 41, received a score of 97 and an A rating.

Chuckle’s Food Mart, located at 2907 U.S. 41 N, received a score of 100 for their retail section and a score of 99 and an A rating for their food section.
