Sex Offender Arrest in McCracken County

SEX OFFENDER ARREST 300McCRACKEN COUNTY, Ky. (4/25/13) – On Wednesday April 24, 2013, at approximately 12:30 PM, Dennis R. Hines, 59 of Paducah, KY was arrested by the Kentucky State Police.
 
This arrest stems from a month long investigation.
 
Hines was charged with Sexual Abuse 1st degree, victim under 12 years of age (class C felony). Hines was lodged in the McCracken County Detention Center.
 
The investigation continues by Trooper Barry Rice.
