Three More Arrested on Drug Charges in Muhlenberg

Drug arrest 01 300KENTUCKY (4/24/13) – In what seems to be an ongoing focus on drug-related criminal activity, the Kentucky State Police (KSP) has made three arrests on March 24, following multiple arrests made by the Muhlenberg County Sheriff’s Office and Pennyrile Narcotics Task Force on the prior day.
 
According to KSP official, Stu Recke, in the morning hours of Wednesday, officers from the KSP served indictment warrants on three subjects for drug charges. The warrants were the result of a three-month-long drug investigation by KSP Detectives.  
 
Listed below are the individuals that were arrested and their charges:

James M. Tutt, 30 of Greenville, KY
Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon
Possession of Controlled Substance 3rd Degree 1st Offense
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

James M. Gunn Jr., 55 of Central City, KY
Trafficking Controlled Substance 1st Degree 1st Offense – Meth
Trafficking Controlled Substance 2nd Degree 1st Offense

Terrill L. Embrey, 57 of Bremen, KY
Trafficking Controlled Substance 2nd Degree 1st Offense (3 counts)
All three subjects were lodged in the Muhlenberg County Detention Center.
