According to a Kentucky State Police report, Brandon Wynn, 27, Browder, was driving a 2001 Mercury Sable west on Cleaton Road while Willie Parker, 69, was driving a 1998 Ford Crown Victoria east on Cleaton Road. As the vehicles approached each other, Wynn's vehicle crossed into the path of Parker's vehicle sideswiping it. Wynn then continued headed west, the report said.
