53 year old Kathy Adams of Paducah, Ky., was stopped at 5815 Old Mayfield Road in a 2014 Chevy Silverado, delivering mail as a mail carrier. 70 year old James Beaver of Paducah was traveling northbound in the same lane as Adams in a 1997 Ford Expedition, when he failed to observe Adams stopped in the roadway.
