Madisonville Police Arrest Reports – March 13, 2014

mpd arrestlog6 300MADISONVILLE, Ky. (3/13/14) — The Madisonville Police Department released the following arrest reports on Thursday, March 13.

Rebecca Holmes, 35, of Madisonville was charged March 12 for violation of a Kentucky EPO/DVO. The arresting officer was Jeff Miller.

Joshua Dickerson, 25, of Madisonville was charged March 12 for theft by unlawful taking or display shoplifting under $500. The arresting officer was Russell Nichols.

Dallas Marks, 18, of Madisonville was charged March 13 for theft by unlawful taking or display shoplifting under $500. The arresting officer was Justin Jones.

Billy Marshall Jr., 45, of Madisonville was charged March 12 for alcohol intoxication in a public place. The arresting officer was Jeff Ethridge.

Terri Roush, 47, of Madisonville was charged March 12 for operating on a suspended or revoked operator’s license. The arresting officer was Blake Carlisle.

Abraham Vazquez, 33, of Henderson was charged March 12 for driving on a DUI suspended license and failure to produce insurance card. The arresting officer was Falon Graham.

Richard Vannoy, 35, of Madisonville was charged March 12 for violation of Kentucky EPO/DVO. The arresting officer was Paul Haynie.

Sheila Spivey, 28, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant March 12 for wanton endangerment. The arresting officer was Jeff Miller.

Stephen Kyle, 20, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant March 12 for failure to appear. The arresting officer was William Roundtree.
