The Pennyrile Forest State Resort Park will be hosting National Trail Celebration from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, June 7 at 20781 Pennyrile Lodge Rd., Dawson Springs, Ky. For more information, call (270) 797-3421.

The City of Mortons Gap will be hosting the Coalfield Festival from 1 to 6 p.m. Saturday, June 7. For more information, call (270)258-3564.

Madisonville Miners Baseball Games will be held from 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday, June 7, Monday, June 9 and Wednesday, June 11 at the Madisonville City Park. For more information, call (270) 821-4171.

The Nortonville United Methodist Church will be hosting a retirement reception for Bro. Ron Henn from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday, June 8 at the United Methodist Church Fellowship Hall. For more information, call (270) 676-3989.

There will be a special called principal selection meeting for the James Madison Middle School SBDM 8 a.m. Monday, June 9 at the Hopkins County Board of Education Central Office at 320 South Seminary St. For more information, call (270) 825-6100.

The Airport Board Meeting for Monday, June 9 has been cancelled due to a lack of quorum.
