Owensboro Police Department Report

opd arrestlog1 300OWENSBORO, Ky. (7/25/13) --The Owensboro Police Department reported the following activity for Tuesday, July 23 and Wednesday, July 24.
 
HSA G. Moo, of the 400 block of Triplett Ave, was arrested at 7 a.m. Tuesday on charges of First Degree Cruelty to Animals and Third Degree Unlawful Transaction with Minor for allegedly shooting and killing two squirrels with slingshots in Moreland Park.
 
Nancy L. Green, of the 600 block of Gray Ct, was arrested on Tuesday at 9:15 a.m. on charges of Receiving Stolen Property Less Than $500.
 
Matthew D. Whitaker, of the 700 block of Bolivar St, was arrested on Wednesday at 1:29 p.m. on charges of Second Degree Criminal Mischief, Third Degree Escape, Second Degree Criminal Trespassing, Resisting Arrest, and Second Degree Disorderly Conduct.
