OPD Reports Arrests - October 4, 2013

OBO arrest logOWENSBORO, Ky. (10/4/13) - The Owensboro Police Department reported the following activity on Oct. 4:

Henry L. Kellems, of the 600 block of Maple St, was charged at 10:03 a.m. with Trafficking Marijuana (Less than 8 oz) First Offense, First Degree Possession of a Controlled Substance First Offense (Drug
Unspecified), Resisting Arrest, and Parole Violation.

David V. Kelley, of the 700 block of Allen St, was charged at 4:43 p.m. with Third Degree Possession of a Controlled Substance (Drug Unspecified).

Zachary S. Rice, of the 1500 block of Madison St, was charged at 3 p.m. with First Degree Trafficking Controlled Substance First Offense (Less than 4 Grams Cocaine).

Thomas K. Masterson, was charged at 4:20 p.m. with First Degree Possession of a Controlled Substance First Degree (Methamphetamines).

Tracy K. Murphy, of the 700 block of Allen St, was charged at 5:15 p.m. with two counts of Third Degree Trafficking Controlled Substance First Offense (Greater or Equal to 20 Units Drug Unspecified), and two counts of Second Degree Possession of a Controlled Substance (Drug Unspecified).

Scott W. Roberts, of the 200 block of Curtis St, was charged at 2:18 a.m. with Operating a Motor Vehicle Under Influence of Alcohol/Drugs/Etc .08 (Aggravated Circumstances) First Offense, and Operating Vehicle with Expired Operating License.
