Owensboro Police Department Reports Activity

opd arrestlog1 300OWENSBORO, Ky. (7/3/14) — Owensboro Police Department reported the recent arrests and citations:

Devon Buckman, 21, of Owensboro, was charged with theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting less than $500, and giving officers a false name.

Micheal Cottrell, Jr., was charged with theft by unlawful taking from a building less than $500.

Jeremy Hawkins, 36, of Hartford, was charged with second degree burglary.

Clarence Howard, 36, of Owensboro, was charged with second degree assault and third degree criminal mischief.

Terah Johnson, 22, of Owensboro, was charged with theft by unlawful taking or disposition (shoplifting) less than $500.

April Mayfield, 29, of Owensboro, was charged with theft by unlawful taking or disposition (shoplifting) less than $500.

Stefon Rice, 50, of Owensboro, was charged with fourth degree assault.

Caleb Smith, of Owensboro, was charged with theft by unlawful taking or disposition (all others) less than $500.
