The Dailey Dose: Meet Your Goal with No Limits

LEXINGTON, Ky. (7/25/13)—Willie B. Ray starts everyday with faith, hope and dedication. The owner of No Limits Innovative, located in the Eastland Shopping Center at 1301 Winchester Road, wants to make a positive impact on other people’s lives through fitness.

“So many people have lost themselves,” Ray said. “After coming to my classes my clients have became more confident and raised their self-esteem so that they are able refocus and identify themselves.”

A former college and professional athlete at Kentucky State University and the Carolina Panthers, Ray has always enjoyed being active.

“When I was finished playing ball I decided to start working in various fitness centers,” Ray said. “After I started training other people I realized exactly what I wanted to do.”

In addition to offering boot camp classes throughout the week and one on one training sessions and classes with kettle bells, Ray provides a nutritional plan to his clients.

“My goal is to focus on the true meaning of fitness,” he said. “The classes that are provided at No Limits Innovative focus on the art of developing physical power. Over the years the true meaning of physical fitness has gotten lost due to cosmetics, machines and supplementation.”

Ray has been involved in physical training for 18 years, has owned No Limits Innovative since 2005 and began the franchise Art Of Strength in 2012.  All of this was possible because of his faith.

“I like to say a prayer before each class just to give my man a little acknowledgment for the things that he has done for me in my life,” he said. “I don’t push it on anyone, but it’s something that gives me strength.”

No Limits Innovative is open Monday-Friday 6:30 a.m-9, p.m, Saturday 9 a.m-6 p.m, and Sunday 3 p.m-7 p.m. Ray encourages those that are interested to stop in at any time to see how things are set up and get more information on the classes offered.  He is also available by phone at (859) 221-4479.
