Traffic Advisory

lane restriction 300LEXINGTON, Ky. (6/13/13)— The inbound lanes of Newtown Pike are shut down at Citation Boulevard due to a fallen tree in the roadway. Traffic is being diverted onto Citation Boulevard. Traffic signals are also out on Newtown Pike between Citation Boulevard and Interstate 75.

UPDATED TRAFFIC ADVISORY

The inbound lanes of Newtown Pike are still closed near Citation Boulevard due to a fallen tree in the roadway. Inbound traffic is being diverted down Citation Boulevard toGeorgetown Road. The roadway is expected to be closed the remainder of the day untilmidnight, according to Lexington Police. Traffic signals, including the inbound lights onNewtown, are working on inverters.
