opd arrestlog1 300OWENSBORO, Ky. (10/14/13) - The Owensboro Police Department reported the following arrests on Oct. 11 through Oct. 13:

Adrian D. Lindsey, of the 700 block of Walnut St, was arrested on Oct. 11 at 7:15 p.m. on charges of First Degree Possession of a Controlled Substance First Offense (Methamphetamine), Drug Paraphernalia- Buy/Possess, and Possession of Marijuana.

Michael N. Cunningham, of the 600 block of Maple St, was arrested on Oct. 11 at 5:55 p.m. on charges of Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place First/Second Offense, Second Degree Disorderly Conduct, and Third Degree Terroristic Threatening.

Timothy Arnold, of the 11900 block of Hwy 431, was arrested on Oct. 11 at 9:30 p.m. on charges of Operating a Motor Vehicle Under Influence of Alcohol/Drugs/Etc .08 (Aggravated Circumstances) First Offense, and three other violations that were not stated.

Christopher Cecil, of the 1000 block of W 7th St, was arrested on Oct. 11 at 8:25 p.m. on charges of Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place First/Second Offense.

Derrick Carroll, was arrested on Oct. 12 at 2:22 p.m. on charges of Third Degree Criminal Trespassing, and Possession of Marijuana.

Patrick James, of the 2600 block of Yosemite Dr, was arrested on Oct. 12 at 3:15 p.m. on charges of Operating a Motor Vehicle Under Influence of Alcohol/Drugs/Etc .08 (Aggravated Circumstances) Second Offense. And License to be in Possession.

Roberto Alacon, of the 700 block of Scherm Rd, was arrested on Oct. 12 at 1:55 a.m. on charges of Operating a Motor Vehicle Under Influence of Alcohol/Drugs/Etc .08 (Aggravated Circumstances) First Offense, Failure to Produce Insurance Card, and two violations that were not stated.

Tonya L. Dulin, of the 800 block of Hall St, was arrested on Oct. 12 at 9:15 p.m. on charges of Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place First/Second Offense.
