baseball base 300PADUCAH, Ky. (5/17/13) – Players and coaches with the National Club Baseball Association (NCBA) in cooperation with the Paducah Park Services Department will be holding a youth clinic at Brooks Stadium on Sunday, May 19 for kids ages 6-16. At the free youth clinic, kids will get tips in hitting, throwing, and fielding from the college baseball players and coaches. Registration begins at noon with the clinic starting at 1 p.m. There will be free t-shirts for the first 100 participants.
 
The NCBA World Series involves eight college teams travelling to Paducah for the tournament held at Brooks Stadium, May 16-21. The teams participating are Penn State University, University of Wisconsin, University of Maryland, Kinnesaw State University, SIU Edwardsville, Stephen F. Austin State University, Northeastern University, and the University of Wyoming.
 
Come out and cheer on college baseball players from around the country as they play their way toward the championship.
