Free Happenings and Meetings Paducah

happeningsandmeetings greenPADUCAH, Ky. (3/7/14) —The following Career Solutions Community events are scheduled in Paducah next week.

Because of the inclement weather earlier this week, some of Career Solutions Community sessions were rescheduled.

Below are the rescheduled dates.

Rapid Response Sessions:

  • Monday, March 10 at 10:00 AM, 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM in Room 109 in the Emerging Technology Center.

  • Kentucky Career Center partners will join together in Rapid Response to assist individuals in employment transition who are being separated from the Paducah Gaseous Diffusion Plant. A variety of local, state and federal programs will be present by various agencies staffs.

TR@C Sessions:

  • Tuesday, March 11, Room 222 in the Emerging Technology Center, 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM.

  • Wednesday, March 12, Room 222 in the Emerging Technology Center, 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM.

A TR@C Session is an orientation designed to give dislocated workers specific details about their Trade benefits, cash benefit options and provide information on how to access available services and benefits. This session is critical to make sure dislocated workers do not miss any deadlines to apply for or receive Trade funded services.

Career Solutions Community provides professional assistance to individuals in employment transition through the Paducah Gaseous Diffusion Plant. Career Solutions Community represents an alignment of local and state agencies, academic institutions and community organizations with the purpose to assist individuals in making career and employment decisions for their sustainable success.

Here is a complete list of Free Career Solutions Community scheduled workshops for the month of March.
