Madisonville Police Report – March 25, 2013

mpd arrestlog5 300MADISONVILLE, Ky. (3/25/13) - On Monday, March 25, 2013 the Madisonville Police Department reported 14 instances of law enforcement activity.
 
Kodee Bivins, 22, of Allison Ave was served an arrest warrant on March 23 at North Seminary Street for Non-payment of fines. The arresting officer or was Van Killough.
 
Ashley Skimmerhorn, 29, of Madisonville was arrested on March 23 for Burglary in the 2nd Degree, Possession of Synthetic Cannabinoid, Drug Paraphernalia Buy/Possess, Criminal Trespassing in the 3rd Degree, and Theft by Unlawful Taking/Shoplifting under $500.00, Giving Officer False Name/Address, Possession of Marijuana. The arresting officers were Leighann Leavell and Jeff Ethridge.
 
Vonda Calbreath, 43, of Highland Street was arrested on March 22 on South Main Street for Disorderly Conduct in the 2nd Degree. The arresting officer was Russell Nichols.
 
Derrick Lonsberry, 20, of Earlington was arrested on March 22 on Dulin Street for Non-payment of Fines. The arresting officer was Russell Nichols.
 
Mitchell Diamond, 25, of Hanson was arrested on March 22 at Marketplace for Operating a Motorized Vehicle under the Influence of Alcohol/Drugs. The arresting officer was Jeff Miller.
 
Derrick Burt, 28, of East Arch Street was arrested on March 24 at Days Inn for Unlawful Imprisonment in the 2nd Degree, Assault in the 4th Degree (Domestic Violence) with Minor Injury, and Disorderly Conduct in the 2nd Degree. The arresting officer was Justin Jones.
 
Justin Harris, 29, of Mortons Gap was arrested on March 22 on East Center Street for Theft by Unlawful Taking/Disp. Shoplifting under $500.00 and Criminal Trespassing in the 3rd Degree. The arresting officer was Brandon Darnell.
 
Heather Parker, 30, of Mortons Gap was arrested on March 22 on East Center Street for Theft by Unlawful Taking/Disp. Shoplifting under $500.00 and Drug Paraphernalia Buy/Possess. The arresting officer was Brandon Darnell.
 
Jacob Ruckett, 21, of Kentucky Ave was served an arrest warrant on March 22 at Laffoon Trial for Contempt of Court. The arresting officer was Allen Stokes.
 
Nathaniel Gibson, 33, of Highland Ave was served an arrest warrant on March 22 at Marketplace for Failure to Pay Fines. The arresting officer was Allen Stokes.
 
Alexander Phebus, 21, of Hall Street was arrested on March 22 on South Kentucky Ave for Public Intoxication Controlled Substance. The arresting officer was Allen Stokes.
 
Joseph Franklin, 30, of St. Charles was arrested on March 23 on South Main Street for Drug Paraphernalia Buy/Possess, Fleeing/Evading Police in the 2nd Degree and Tampering with Physical Evidence. The arresting officer was Van Killough.
 
Jason Johnson, 33, of Dawson Springs was arrested on March 22 on East Center Street for Theft by Unlawful Taking/Disp. Shoplifting under $500.00. The arresting officer was Paul Haynie.
 
Jonathon Besle, 39 of Henderson was served an arrest warrant on March 24 at East Center Street for Failure to appear in Court. The arresting officer was Jeff Ethridge.
