mpd arrestlog5 300MADISONVILLE, Ky. (10/14/13) – Over the past weekend the Madisonville Police Department reported seven instances of law enforcement activity.
 
Patrisha Corneal, 45 of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant on October 11 for Probation Violation. The arresting officer was Heath Owens.
 
Jeffrey Westby, 37 of Madisonville was arrested on October 12 for Failure of Non-owner Operator to Maintain Req. Ins/Sec. and Carrying a Deadly Concealed Weapon. The arresting officers were Clay Stroud and Corey Miller.
 
William Favors, 48 of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant on October 12 for Theft by Deception Include Cold Checks under $500. The arresting officers were Clay Stroud, Corey Miller and Richard Cobb.
 
Ian Taylor, 19 of Madisonville was arrested on October 13 for Disorderly Conduct. The arresting officer was Richard Cobb.
 
Ashley Lear, 30 of Nortonville was arrested on October 11 for Operating on a Suspended/Revoked License. The arresting officer was Blake Carlisle.
 
Kerri Scott, 25 of White Plains was served an arrest warrant on October 10 for Another Police Agency (Caldwell County). The arresting officer was Justin Jones.
 
Anthony Randels, 44 of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant on October 10 for Contempt of Court. The arresting officer was Justin Jones.
 
Glen Hodge, 52 of Madisonville was arrested on October 10 for Operating on a Suspended/Revoked License. The arresting officer was Justin Jones.
