Owensboro Police Reports - September 23, 2013

opd arrestlog2 300OWENSBORO, Ky. (9/23/13) - The Owensboro Police Department reported the following criminal activity over the weekend of Sept. 20 through Sept. 22:

Billy G. Milan, of the 900 block of W 8th St, was arrested on Sept. 20 at 9:08 p.m. on charges of Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol/Drugs/Etc .08 Second Offense.

Dana L. Payne, of the 2200 block of Collins Dr, was arrested on Sept. 20 at 11:58 p.m. on charges of Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place First/Second Offense.

Laci M. Boykin, of the 1700 block of Cokesbury Ct, was arrested on Sept. 21 at 2:14 a.m. on charges of Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol/Drugs/Etc .08 First Offense, Possession of Open Alcohol Beverage Container in Motor Vehicle Prohibited, Failure of Owner to Maintain Required Insurance/ Security First Offense.
