OPD Reports Arrests - October 2, 2013

opd arrestlog1 300OWENSBORO, Ky. (10/2/13) - The Owensboro Police Department reported the following arrests on Oct. 1:

Reeca D. Chambers, of the 500 block of Elm St, was arrested at 12:15 a.m. on charges of Third Degree Assault of a Police Officer or Probation Officer, Resisting Arrest, Third Degree Terroristic Threatening, and Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place First and Second Offense.

Ryan S. Arnold, of the 2500 block of Allen St, was arrested at 12:39 a.m. on charges of Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place First and Second Offense.

Scott J. Steele, of the 80 block of Woodford Ave, was arrested at 12:36 a.m. on charges of Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol/Drugs/Etc .08 First Offense.

Michael J. Robinson, of the 400 block of Hwy 60 E, was executed warrants at 4:17 p.m. on charges of First Degree Unlawful Access to a Computer, and Second Degree Assault.

John H. Roach, of the 3300 block of Bud Baughn Rd, was arrested at 10:38 p.m. on charges of First Degree Trafficking a Controlled Substance First Offense Greater or Equal to Two Grams of Methamphetamines.
