Henderson County Food Inspections - December 19, 2013

healthdeptinspections steak1 300HENDERSON, Ky. (12/19/13) - The Green River District Health Department released the following restaurant and food inspection reports for Dec. 6 through Dec. 17 in Henderson County:

Alcan’s Lunchbox, located at 9404 State Route 2096, received a score of 96 and an A rating.

Busy Bee Educare, located at 469 Klutey Park Plaza, received a score of 100 and an A rating.

Hayes Oil Company, located at 3671 US Hwy 41, received a score of 95 in a regular inspection and a score of 99 in a follow-up inspection for their retail section, and a score of 98 and an A rating for their food section.

McDonald’s, located at 122 S Green St., received a score of 85 and a C rating in a regular inspection and a score of 100 and an A rating in a follow-up inspection.

North-South Truck Stop, located at 14260 US Hwy 41 S, received a score of 97 and an A rating.

Quality Quick, located at 1650 2nd St., received a score of 96 and an A rating for their food section, and a score of 98 for their retail section.

Rockhouse Pizza, located at 14274 US 41 S, received a score of 98 and an A rating.
