Arrest Log HCSheriff v2 300HOPKINS COUNTY, Ky. (5/28/13) – Between the dates of May 16 and May 24, the Hopkins County Sheriff’s Department reported sixteen arrests.
 
On May 16, Donald Gossett, 44, of Bremen, KY was arrested on charges of Theft by Deception (Cold Checks under $500.00)
 
On May 17, Randall Drake, 69, of Madisonville was charged with Careless Driving and Operating a Motor Vehicle under the Influence of Alcohol/Drugs.
 
Sean T. Ford, 33, of Nortonville was charged with Failure to Pay X6 (warrants), Probation Violation X6 (warrants) and Failure to Appear (warrant).
 
Millard Menser, 25, of Hopkinsville was arrested on warrants for Failure to Appear and Failure to Pay Fines.
 
James Pryor, 40, of Providence was arrested on charges of Operating a Motor Vehicle under the Influence of Alcohol/Drugs.
 
On May 19, Jermaine T. Stafford, 24, of Earlington was charged with Improper Display of Registration Plates, Failure to Comply with Helmet Law, Unapproved or no Eye Protective Device, Disorderly Conduct, Failure of License to be in Possession, Resisting Arrest and Failure to Produce Insurance Card.
 
On May 20, Terrence Becks, 30, of Hopkinsville was charged with Speeding and Operating a Motor Vehicle under the Influence of Alcohol/Drugs.
 
On May 21, Tristan McKnight, 27, of Madisonville was charged with Theft by Unlawful Taking.
 
Joshua Scott, 20, of Madisonville was charged with Failure to Appear.
 
Rebecca Lynn Ray, 38, of Madisonville was charged with Failure to Appear.
 
On May 22, James Hunter, 34, of Madisonville was charged with Receiving Stolen Property under $500.00.
 
Timothy Prow, 34, of Providence was charged with Theft by Deception – Cold Checks (Under $500.00).
 
Michael Faulk, 29, of Madisonville was charged with Contempt of Court.
 
On May 23, Michael Dube, 39, of Manitou was arrested on charges of Contempt of Court.
 
Phillip Nichols, 35, of Mortons Gap was charged with Sexual Abuse (1st Degree).
 
On May 24, 32-year-old Theresa M. Vaughn of Madisonville was charged with Assault (4th Degree).
