Stephanie Dveirs, of the 2100 block of Tamarack Rd., was arrested at 1:49 p.m. Tuesday for allegedly shoplifting from a local store. She is charged with Theft by Unlawful Taking.

Hallie Refrow, address unknown, was arrested at 2:48 a.m. Tuesday for on charges of Second Degree Possession of a Controlled Substance. He’s also charged with Receiving Stolen Property Less Than $500, Second Degree Evading Police, and Resisting Arrest.

Kevin L. Belcher, of the 1300 block of W 2nd St., was arrested at 7:15 p.m. Tuesday on charges of Alcohol Intoxication, Disorderly Conduct, Third Degree Terroristic Threatening, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

 

 

 Casey Hearth

Casey L. Hearth, of the 2400 block of N. Stratford, was arrested at 5:07 a.m. Tuesday for allegedly receiving stolen property under $10,000.
