arrest millerOWENSBORO, Ky. (9/13/13) – This morning (Friday) at approximately 9:45 a.m., the Owensboro Police Department concluded an investigation into a child pornography possession and distribution case.

Detectives worked jointly with the Kentucky State Police and Daviess County Sheriff’s Office to execute a search warrant at the home of Cody A. Miller, 22, of Maceo. During a search of Miller’s computer, approximately 28 files allegedly containing matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor were discovered, authorities said.

Miller is currently lodged in the Daviess County Detention Center on 28 counts of Possess/View Matter Portraying Sexual Performance by Minor – Class D Felony, and five counts Distribution of Matter Portraying Sexual Performance by Minor – Class D Felony.
