WKU - Glasgow Graduand, Continuing the Tradition

wku gray black borderGLASGOW, Ky. (11/20/13) - WKU-Glasgow will host its December 2013 Graduand Ceremony at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, December 5th, at the Plaza Theatre, 115 East Main Street in Glasgow. Graduand is a term of status referring to a student who has completed his or her studies at the university but not yet graduated in a formal ceremony. The graduand for the December 2013 WKU-Glasgow Graduand Ceremony will feature keynote speaker Leslie Sarasin, President and Chief Executive Officer Food Marketing Institute in Washington D.C.

The program will also include student remarks, student awards, and graduand recognition by WKU Provost Gordon Emslie. WKU-Glasgow Chancellor, Dr. Sally Ray invites community leaders and families in the counties of Allen, Adair, Barren, Clinton, Cumberland, Edmonson, Green, Hart, Metcalfe, Monroe, and Russell, to attend the Graduand Ceremony.
