Warren County Public Library to Host Pastor Todd Burpo

heaven real 300BOWLING GREEN, Ky. (3/26/13) – Pastor Todd Burpo will speak on Wednesday, April 24 at 6:00 p.m. at the Sloan Convention Center.

Todd Burpo is the author of the book Heaven Is For Real. The book is the true story of Burpo’s four-year old son who experienced heaven during emergency surgery. Todd’s most recent book is Heaven Changes Everything co-written with his wife, Sonja.

Todd Burpo is the pastor of Crossroads Wesleyan Church in Imperial, Nebraska. In emergencies Todd can be found working shoulder-to-shoulder with the Imperial Volunteer Fire Department as a fire fighter. He is also the chaplain for the Nebraska State Volunteer Firefighter's Association. Todd graduated from Oklahoma Wesleyan University in 1991 summa cum laude with a BA in Theology. He was ordained in 1994.
