Arrest Log HCSheriff 300HOPKINS COUNTY, Ky. (4/19/13) – Between the dates of March 26 and April 17, the Hopkins County Sheriff’s Department reported three arrests.
 
On March 26, 2013, Stephen L. Brown, 29, of West Noel Avenue in Madisonville was arrested on charges of Falsely Reporting an Incident.
 
On April 16, Owen W. Gamblin, 37, of Midway Avenue in Madisonville was arrested on charges of Theft by Failure to make Required Disposition of Property.
 
On April 17, 54-year-old Daniel Richard Tate of Sunrise Drive in Madisonville was arrested on charges of Public Intoxication and Receiving Stolen Property (Under $500.00)
