STUD month 300MADISONVILLE, Ky. (12/9/13) — Madisonville Community College is pleased to announce the selection of Audrey L. Martin as the student of the month for November. Martin, of Providence, is completing coursework towards an associate in arts transfer degree. Nominated by English Professor Sarah Oglesby, Audrey was described as outstanding in her academic performance and leadership. Her career goal is to become an attorney. When not in classes, she may be found working as a tutor in The Learning Space on MCC's North Campus. Audrey was presented with a certificate and a Barnes & Noble gift card on Thursday, Dec. 5. English Professor Sarah Oglesby, Audrey Martin, and Dean of Academic Affairs Lisa Howerton.
