Frosty the Snowman Spotted on Scott Street

FrostySeabornMADISONVILLE, Ky. (12/26/12) – With the winter season coming on full force, many local kids have been on the lookout for old Frosty the Snowman.

Frosty was first spotted this year on Scott Street in Madisonville.  Frosty, pictured here, was the result of the excitement and winter inspiration of Ashley Spears and Nicholas Mayes.

Thanks, Ashley and Nicholas, for bringing Frosty to visit the city of Madisonville.

A special thanks to James Seaborn for submitting this photo.
