UPDATE: Accident with Severe Injuries on WK Parkway

car accident UPDATEHOPKINS COUNTY, KY (9/26/12) - SurfKY Reporter Casey Piscitelli is on the scene and has reported that traffic is backed up for several miles with no movement.

Officials reported that it will be a bit before the Westbound Lane of the WK Opens back up for traffic.

More details will be forthcoming.

HOPKINS COUNTY, KY (9/26/12) – Officials have reported that a severe accident has taken place on the WK Parkway around Mile Marker 32, in the westbound lane.
 
At this time we are aware that there were four injured in the accident. The accident involved a motorcycle and a car.
 
PHI has been called in to life-flight some individuals out.
 
SurfKY News Reporter Casey Piscitelli is currently headed to the scene. More details will be released shortly. The time of the accident was around 1:15 PM.
