MPD Joins Surrounding Areas in Search of Bank Robbers

MainbankHOPKINS COUNTY, KY (12/28/12) – The Madisonville Police Department has informed SurfKY News that they are currently working with Owensboro and Henderson law enforcement in seeking suspects in multiple bank robberies that have occurred in the surrounding areas over the past few months.

Numerous bank robberies have taken place, with the focus seeming to be in the Daviess County and Henderson County area. The locations have led Madisonville Police Detectives to believe that the robber may be from one of the surrounding areas, such as Hopkins County, Muhlenberg County, or Evansville Indiana.

With this in mind, Police officials have requested that SurfKY News post the available photos taken by security cameras, giving local citizens an opportunity to assist in the identification of the suspects.

This suspect was involved in a bank robbery at Fifth Third Bank in Henderson on December 28.
