weather 300 CWESTERN Ky. (7/15/13) - After a somewhat soggy beginning to the summer

season, it appears that the more traditional Kentucky summer will be introducing itself this week.

Today, Monday, we are looking at  temperatures around 91 degrees with little to no breeze. The heat index will bring the feel  of the temperatures up to the high 90's.  Overnight we will see temps dropping to the low 70's.

Tuesday and Wednesday will be pretty much  a rerun of Monday with temps in the low to mid-90's during the day and low to mid-70's throughout the night.

Thursday will bring forth a very small chance of showers and thunderstorms after 11:00 AM, with a high near 91. The lows for Thursday night will be the low 70's.

Friday will, once again, be in the low 90's, but feel like the high 90's. Friday night will be a low around 74 degrees.
