MADISONVILLE, KY (12/10/12) – Local residents living near the North Main Street area of Madisonville were very pleased to note that the Ideal Market on North Main is now officially open.
 
In September of this year, Rocket Fuel Owner Barry Eveland informed reporters that the overall purpose of shutting this particular branch of Ideal Market down was strictly for the customers. He stated that this particular building had been there for some time, and that there were many upgrades that could, and would, make the customers experience more pleasurable. Among the improvements were that more gas pumps were added and a better visual appearance for customers. Also, a wider variety of food is available for customers.
 
The target date for finalizing the project was set for right around Thanksgiving, but due to weather issues, the date of opening was Friday, December 7.
