HENDERSON, Ky. (1/18/12) – The Kentucky State Police has charged a Henderson man in connection with two bank robberies, both of which took place in Webster County.
On Friday, January 18, 2013, at approximately 11:40 a.m., KSP Detective Lonnie Kavanuagh charged James A. Morris, age 53 of Henderson, KY, with two counts of Robbery 1st Degree (Class B Felony).
The charges stem from two bank robberies in the Post 2 District. One occurred on August 11, 2006 at the Integra Bank Branch in Poole, KY (Webster County) and the other occurred on July 23, 2010 at the same bank.
Mr. Morris had been apprehended by the Henderson Police Department on Thursday, January 17, 2013 in reference to several bank robberies in the Henderson area.
Mr. Morris remains lodged in the Henderson County Detention Center.
