toys2 300WEBSTER COUNTY, Ky. (12/16/13) - The 27th annual Providence Fire Department Toys for Tots drive comes to an end Friday, December 20 with the distribution of toys to needy Webster county children. Toys will be distributed December 20 at 4:00 p.m. at the Providence Community Center. There will be no deliveries.
 
There are 298 Webster county children on the list to receive toys this Christmas and last minute donation are still needed. Toys for Tots chairman Keith Farrell issued a challenge these last few days to area businesses, industries, coal mines and others to help meet the needs of this year's drive. Donations can be taken to the Providence Fire Department or you can contact Keith Farrell at 635-3801. Toys for Tots wishes to thank everyone who has donated thus far and remind others that there's still time for you to help provide toys to needy kids this Christmas.
