Madisonville Police Reports - November 14 & 15

mpd arrestlog4 300MADISONVILLE, KY (11/15/12) — From November 14 - 15, 2012, the Madisonville Police Department reported ten instances of activity within Madisonville City Limits:

Lindsey T. Reynolds of Madisonville, 24, was arrested on November 13, 2012 at her home for one count of Theft by Deception-Including Cold Checks under $500. The Hopkins County warrant for the cold check was signed by Judge W. Calvert. The arresting officer was Van Killough. On the same day, Reynolds was charged with one count of receiving stolen property under $500. Arresting officer on the charge was Officer Jeff Ethridge. She was also served two additional arrest warrants out of Henderson County for Failure to Appear in Court. The warrants were both signed by Judge Wiederstein. Arresting officers were Van Killough and Jeff Ethridge.

Tyree R. Pettigrew, 37, of Robinwood Dr., Greenville, KY, was arrested on November 13, 2012 on three different counts of Failure to Appear in court in Muhlenberg County, all signed by Judge Crick of Muhlenberg County Courts. Arresting officers were Jeff Ethridge, William Strader, and Mark Conrad.

Mandy M. Lynch, 33, of Central City, was arrested on 11/12/12 on Island Ford Rd, Madisonville for one count of Public Intoxication of a Controlled Substance. The arresting officer was Sean McCance.

Bradley Furgerson, 34, of White Plains, was arrested on 11/14/12 at Wiman Drive/Jamestown-Brentwood Apartments in  Madisonville  for Failure to Pay. The arresting officer was Sean McCance. Fergerson was served an additional arrest warrant at the time for a second count of Failure to Pay. The arresting officer was Heath Owens.

Larandance Johnson, 20, of Corbly Ave. was arrested on 11/14/12 on North Kentucky Avenue for one count of Receiving Stolen Property under $500. The arresting officer was Sean McCance.

Kelly J. Suttle, 34, of St. Charles, was arrested on 11/14/12 on Wiman Drive/Jamestown-Brentwood Apartments in Madisonville for Theft by Unlawful Taking-Shoplifting under $500. The arresting officer was Sean McCance.

Paul D. Thompson, 41, of South Main Street, Madisonville, was served a court summons on 11/14/12 on West Lake Street for One count of Possession of Marijuana under 8 oz. He is scheduled to appear in court on 12/10/12. The citing officer was Paul Haynie.

Larkin E. Teague, 50, of Dawson Springs, was served a court summons on 11/15/12 at his home for Possession of Marijuana under 8 oz. He is scheduled to appear in court 12/10/12. The arresting officer was Paul Haynie.

Timothy F. Warner, 27, of Madisonville, was served several citations on 11/14/12 at his home for:  Possession of Controlled Substance-Drug Unspecified, Trafficking in Marijuana (1st Offense) under 8 oz, and Buying/Possessing Drug Paraphernalia. He is scheduled to appear in court 12/10/12. The arresting officers were Daniel Cavanaugh and Paul Haynie.

Joey D. Teague, 34, of Dawson Springs, was cited at his home on 11/15/12 for Trafficking in Marijuana under 8 oz. and Buying or Possessing Drug Paraphernalia. The arresting officer was Daniel Cavanaugh.
