DAWSON SPRINGS, Ky. (12/31/12) – The following is your weekly update on law enforcement activity in the Dawson Springs area.
 
On December 26, Pamela Morris, 32, of Dawson Springs was charged with two counts of Failure to Pay Fines on Hopkins County warrants and Escape-3rd Degree and Resisting Arrest. Chief Bill Crider was the charging officer.

On December 28, Zakry Norris, 25, of Dawson Springs was charged with Non-payment of Fines on a Hopkins County warrant and Contempt of Court on a Caldwell County warrant. Josh Travis was the arresting officer, assisted by Captain Craig Patterson.

William B. Morse, 32, of Dawson Springs was charged with three counts of Theft by Deception on Hopkins County warrants. Captain Patterson was the arresting officer.

Susan Menser, 56, of Dawson Springs was charged with Assault – Domestic Violence. Josh Travis was the charging officer.

Taylor Copple, 19, of Dawson Springs was charged with Assault – Domestic Violence. Josh Travis was the charging officer.

On December 29, Holly Burns, 24, of Dawson Springs was charged with Assault – Domestic Violence. Josh Travis was assisted by Brad Ross in the case.

Clifford Barnes, 38, of Dawson Springs was charged with Assault – Domestic Violence. Josh Travis was the charging officer, assisted by Officer Ross.

David Hyde, 40, of Dawson Springs was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance, Prescription Controlled Substance not in Proper Container, Public Intoxication and Carrying a Concealed Weapon. Josh Travis was the charging officer, assisted by Officer Ross.
