Madisonville Police Arrest Report – December 31, 2012

mad pd arrest logMADISONVILLE, Ky. (12/31/12) – Over the holiday weekend the Madisonville Police Department reported 16 instances of law enforcement activity.

Jeremy Downs of White Plains was arrested at Madison Square and Center Street on charges of Operating on a Suspended License and Failure to Produce Insurance Card. Allen Stokes was the arresting officer.

Kevin Rhye of South Kentucky Avenue was arrested at his residence on charges of Theft by Deception-Cold Checks X 2.

Letrey Liles of Campbell Street was arrested at West Noel and Park Row on charges of Non-payment of Fines on a Hopkins County warrant. Jeff Ethridge was the arresting officer.

Sandra Herron of West Noel Avenue was arrested at her residence on Hopkins County warrants for six counts of Theft by Deception-Cold Checks and a Calloway County warrant for Non-payment of Fines. Jeff Ethridge was the arresting officer.

Gary Burdin of Earlington was served a Hopkins County warrant for Non-payment of Fines while housed at the Hopkins County Detention Center. Tyler Russell was the arresting officer in the case.

Gregory Childress of Nortonville was served a Hopkins County warrant for Theft by Unlawful Taking while housed at the Hopkins County Detention Center. Tyler Russell was the serving officer.

Aaron Hart of Madisonville was arrested for a Hopkins County warrant for Contempt of Court X2, Resisting Arrest and Disorderly Conduct. Van Killough was the arresting officer.

Christopher Rich of Corum Drive in Madisonville was arrested at his residence on a Todd County warrant for unspecified charges.

Royce Scisney of West Broadway was arrested at Rally’s on a Hopkins County warrant for Failure to Pay Fines X2 and Assault. Kyle Pharris was the arresting officer.

Jacob Nunley of Sacramento was arrested at Multicare on a Daviess County warrant for unspecified charges. Allen Stokes was the arresting officer.

Adrienne Carroll of Nebo was arrested at 99 East Center Street on a Hopkins County warrant for Theft by Deception-Cold Checks X5. Russell Nichols was the arresting officer.

Brandon Davis of Brown Badgett Loop was arrested at the intersection of Celeste and Geneve on a Daviess County warrant for Failure to Pay Fines. Russell Nichols was the arresting officer.

Lawrence Kinney of Independence in Madisonville was arrested at his home on charges of Assault-Domestic Violence. Ressell Nichols was the arresting officer.

Jessica Simms of Whittington Drive was arrested at her residence on charges of Alcohol Intoxication and Disorderly Conduct. Russell Nichols was the arresting officer.

Micahaela Wells of Nortonville was arrested at 1756 East Center Street (Walmart) on charges of Theft by Unlawful Taking (Shoplifting). Jeff Ethridge was the arresting officer.

Bradley McClain of Sandcut Road was arrested at 232 East Broadway on charges of Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place and Disorderly Conduct. Allen Stokes was the arresting officer in the case.
